Ponderosa Ranch Resort is an all-inclusive adventure resort located on the
east rim of the Park. The Ranch is located high in the pines at nearly 6,500
feet above sea level, on the east plateau overlooking the Park. The resort
is located at the base of an 11,000-foot mountain in the center of the Dixie
National Forest. Zion Ponderosa offers comfortable lodging in authentic
log cabins, delicious meals, and the West's best selection of outdoor recreation
for one great daily price. Choose from skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing,
guided ATVs tours, horseback riding, and an indoor recreation barn complete

Zion Wintersports Due to its proximity to the Dixie National Forrest, Zion Ponderosa offers skiing and snowmobile excursions throughout most of the winter season. Guests will stay in the resort's cozy cabins and eat delicious meals at the main lodge. After breakfast, the recreation staff will load up the shuttle vans and head for the hills where the powder is steep and deep.
